THE OPPORTUNITY
Reporting to the General Manager, as the Venue Manager at Park House, Mona Vale you are responsible for but not limited to:
- Have control over the venue's appearance and atmosphere for all events
- In charge of shift operations from setup, running and close down of the venue
- Training & onboarding, daily management and shift lead the venue team
- Work as part of the venue leadership team to instil culture of world class customer service
- Day and night shift reports
- Security of venue
- WHS knowledge
- Implementing policies and procedures within venue
