Venue Manager Position
We are looking for a Venue manager to run an iconic Sydney CBD venue.
Reporting to the Group Operations Manager, the Venue Manager will have a strong background in food and beverage, gaming, compliance and revenue generation.
The successful candidate will be a hands on front of house focused leader who motivates & inspires their team through their own personal customer focused approach. Being a lead from the front focused position it is a mandatory requirement of this position that the successful applicant works peak periods.
The successful applicant will:
- Have a genuine passion for food and beverage and the hospitality industry and are committed to customer service
- Proven Venue Management experience within a pub setting.
- An avid interest/knowledge in both Local and International sporting events.
- Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, coupled with a passion for team development.
- Attention to detail across all facets of the business with pride in presentation both in service and in grooming
- Priority to development and training of staff
- Results driven and takes ownership of the role
- Flexibility to accommodate weekends, late-night and early-morning shifts in line with operational requirements.
