Front Office Receptionist

Quest Innaloo is a 80 rooms property located opposite IKEA, minutes form Perth CBD and Westfield Innaloo shopping center. The hotel accommodation offers Studio rooms, One and Two Bedroom Executive Apartments.
Quest Innaloo now has an exciting opportunity available for a Front Office Receptionist to join its team on a casual hourly basis working approximately 15 - 25 hours per week - weekend work, open availability required for rostered shifts.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Hotel Front Office operations
- Taking room reservations, check in /out
- Attending to all guests requests and managing their accounts
- Facilitate communication between all departments
- Guest reception and administration duties with high level of accuracy
Your key attributes:
- RMS software experience is highly desirable
- Logical thinker and an organized individual
- Accuracy in work performed and attention to detail
- A positive and can-do attitude
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience within customer service
- Cross training in Housekeeping maybe required, Guest Services
Your will be required to produce:
- Current Police Clearance, cost $52 approx.*
- First Aid Course (can be obtained immediately after starting work)*
- Hygiene Certificate, cost $18 (can be obtained after starting work)*

Please note that generally the shifts are rostered between 7am and 11pm, from Monday to Sunday and 9am to 5pm over Public Holidays. You will be required to cover the caretaker's time off for overnight stays at the hotel. You are required to work autonomously and as a part of the team.
