Join the team at Clarendon Hotel Newcastle. We're looking for a friendly and professional individual to assist our Reception & Accommodation team.
As a Front Office Receptionist, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
- Accommodation services: You'll be processing reservations, checking guests in and out, and handling guest inquiries and requests
- Front Office Management: You'll be responsible for ensuring that the Front Office runs smoothly and efficiently
In addition to these Front Office duties, you'll also be providing support to our Management team, preparing daily reports and sales data, maintaining office documentation, and managing emails.
To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualities:
- Previous experience in Accommodation services or an office environment
- A positive and friendly personality
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to multi-task
- The ability to work unsupervised
- High level of computer literacy
- Flexibility in your work hours
We are offering a full-time position primarily Tuesday to Saturday, however, you are required to be flexible in your hours to cover staff leave and ensure seamless operational continuity.
