The successful candidates will join the Real Estate team who manage some of the Gold Coast’s most impressive high rise apartment buildings in the Broadbeach and Burleigh Heads area.
The role as Hotel Receptionist will require full availability to work a 7-day rotating roster. An immediate start is available for the right person.
The successful candidate will report to the management team who are passionate about customer service and ensuring every tenant, guest and lessor receives exceptional service.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Execute day-to-day front office and reservation operations
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Be the first point of contact for guests and residents
- Organise unit repairs and maintenance
- General administration and building management duties under direction of the management team
To be considered for this role you must have:
- Experience in customer service
- RMS experience or other hotel management system experience advantageous but not essential
- Reception experience desirable but not essential
- Professional and conscientious work ethic
- Ability to work in a team focused environment
- Positive attitude and a high level of integrity and honesty
- Immaculate and professional personal presentation
- High level of customer service skills, confident but respectful manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of organisational and time management skills
- Knowledge in computer systems and a variety of software programs and the ability to learn and adapt quickly
