About you:
You have experience leading a team in hospitality support in an aged care service, or similar.
Your compassion and commitment to supporting respectful and effective services to our residents will be greatly appreciated.
You are ready to build on the skills of our team and work together to make a truly great environment for our residents.
About the role:
Coordinate the cleaning and laundry teams, including induction and onboarding
Guide and support the team to develop their skills, and improve the service
Lead and mentor the Hotel Services Team and support them to deliver a high standard of service to our residents
This is a permanent full-time position.
