SalaryType: Permanent, Full Time position. Monday-Friday position working normal business hours, however, due to the nature of the role, some flexibility is required.
Location: Wagga Wagga region
Salary: $90 - 100K + Super + Salary Packaging

- To manage the daily operations of the home;
- To coordinate the daily care and support of resident young people;
- To create and support a therapeutic social environment within the home;
- To provide leadership, support and supervision to staff in the care and management of each young person
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary level qualifications.
- Experience working with young people in residential OOHC.
- Previous experience in leadership and providing supervision of staff (preferably residential OOHC).
- Drivers licence.
