The Station Ltd. is a community-based organisation, which operates a drop-in centre for Sydney’s homeless and unemployed people.

ESSENTIAL: Understanding of policies and procedures affecting target groups such as homeless and unemployed people. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. This includes the ability to write reports. Commitment and enthusiasm.

The role involves providing short to long-term Housing Support services to homeless adults to enable them to maintain themselves in an independent permanent accommodation. Including assessing, designing, and delivering holistic life skills to clients. This role will also involve organising support groups and other services, as well as dealing with all clients on a case management basis.

Must have motivational and organisational skills.

DESIRABLE: Relevant tertiary qualifications, current Australian driver's licence, first aid certificate, computer skills, current National Police Certificate for employment, Australian citizenship, Covid-19 vaccination status, and community network/agencies.
