What is the Talent Register
The Housing Service Delivery Frontline Talent Register is an online portal that allows you to register your interest for full time and part time opportunities that are: 

  • fixed term/secondment up to twelve (12) months, or  
  • transfer at level for existing permanent public sector employees  

The register is actively monitored by managers to match applicants to available opportunities. You only need to register your interest once, and your application will remain on our jobs register for current and future opportunities. 

The benefit of applying through one of our Talent Registers is that you can be appointed directly via a streamlined process as opportunities become available.

Works as part of a Team to deliver a first class customer service which aims to ensure that all eligible Western Australians have access to affordable and secure housing.

Is responsibility for the management and monitoring a designated number of Service Delivery tenancies to ensure Tenants are supported, payment of rent is sustained, and properties are cared for and maintained.

Is responsible for managing, controlling and monitoring the property maintenance functions for a designated number of properties within the Housing Management Services area as part of a Team, ensuring compliance, accountability and quality control is maintained.

Eligibility Requirements 

You must be an Australian citizen, Permanent Resident or hold an appropriate Australian work visa to apply for a role through the register. To be eligible for a fixed term appointment you must have documentary evidence of your entitlement to live and work in Australia for duration of the offer of employment.
