This role is drive-in/drive-out or bus-in, bus-out (ex Mackay) and would be ideal for candidates local to the Moranbah and Mackay regions.

Due to anticipated growth across our flagship portfolio in Central QLD, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced housekeeping Team Leader to join the team at Buffel Park Village in the Moranbah region. The roster is 14/7 - 10 hour days.
The Position
You will be responsible for leading a team within our housekeeping department to ensure facilities are clean and comply with our contractual obligations.
You will be a driven individual that is able to train, lead and motivate your team, working alongside with management to achieve desired results.
The Person
Experience in a similar supervisory role leading a large diverse team
Commercial experience (Hotel, Mining, or Resort environment preferable)
Ability to lead a successful team and have a strong sense of ownership and responsibility of the team’s overall performance
Commitment and ability to drive a positive and sustainable safety culture
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create, implement and evaluate training and procedures
