Your role will progress to develop and include:
- Screening and short listing résumés
- Telephone Interviews
- Candidate resourcing using online channels, including social media
- Using an in-house appointment system
- Assist with onboarding candidates
- Assist in the general running of the office & administration duties
You will bring to the table:
- A fast pace work ethic with a sharp eye for detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Professional presentation for a corporate environment.
- Confident telephone manner with clear effective communication skills
- The ability and confidence to build rapport with candidates
- Previous experience in recruitment and/or Hospitality will be highly sought after.
- A positive, proactive, approach with a smile and a “can do attitude”
