Your role will progress to develop and include:

• Screening and short listing résumés
• Telephone Interviews
• Candidate resourcing using online channels, including social media
• Using an in-house appointment system
• Assist with onboarding candidates
• Assist in the general running of the office & administration duties

You will bring to the table:

• A fast pace work ethic with a sharp eye for detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Professional presentation for a corporate environment.
• Confident telephone manner with clear effective communication skills
• The ability and confidence to build rapport with candidates
• Previous experience in recruitment and/or Hospitality will be highly sought after.
• A positive, proactive, approach with a smile and a “can do attitude”
