- Assist throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage job postings and respond promptly to applications.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, both virtually via Teams and in-person.
- Keep all internal recruitment systems meticulously up-to-date.
- Provide administrative support to ensure a smooth recruitment operation.
- Supporting the recruitment campaigns and proactively keeping the relevant manager informed of progress, preparing interview packs, obtaining references and advertising.
