Joining a passionate and innovative organisation and offering true work life balance, Oakey Beef Exports is now seeking a HR Administrator to support their overall HR function at site.
An Australian company with global reach, Oakey Beef are leading the way with the production of their premium and iconic beef brands at their fully integrated Oakey site, for the world market. Located 28km west of Toowoomba, the facility processes award winning product with a global purpose - to deliver the joy of eating.
Assisting in all administrative functions and effectively supporting the daily operations for the HR team and business your key responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling, coordinating and maintenance of systems/records
- Data input and articulate maintenance utilising Microsoft Excel spreadsheets;
- Daily Employee Call ins, prestarts, medical clearances, data entry, supervisor follow up, employee follow up and absenteeism
- Providing exemplary customer service via phone, email or front office reception
- Administrative assistance to multiple departments such as production, warehouse, finance, WHS and sales;
- Monday – Friday, 4AM – 12 Noon
You will be an enthusiastic self-starter, professionally presented and personable with excellent communication skills and your ability to operate with a detail orientated task focus goes without saying. You identify as someone that thrives in team focused environments and are more than comfortable utilising Microsoft office (word / excel / outlook) and have referees that will attest to your astute and accurate data entry skills. As a highly motivated individual, you will have the ability to cope with high activity periods and a genuine desire to learn and grow in an organisation.
