Position: Junior Administrator
Location: Minyama, Sunshine Coast
Type: Full-Time (Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM)

What You'll Do:
- Provide exceptional administrative support to our team.
- Assist with candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding processes.
- Manage office correspondence and communications.
- Complete reference checking and skills testing
- Arranging onboarding contract and documents
- Maintain accurate records and databases.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and candidates.
Requirements:
- Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
- Completed Cert II or Cert III in Administration (preferred but not essential).
- Enthusiastic about learning and growing in the recruitment industry.
