ABOUT THE ROLE 
The Office & HR Administrator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office environment, responsible for overseeing administrative functions, coordinating day-to-day administrative tasks, and fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.   Activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate and manage daily administrative tasks, including correspondence scheduling and document management
  • Maintain all office supplies and kitchen consumables
  • Meet and greet all guests
  • Liaise with external vendors for office services and repairs
  • Manage inbound phone calls, emails and other correspondence
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings , appointments and events
  • Prepare meeting agendas, documents and follow-up on action items 
  • Coordinate and manage all company travel arrangements, ensuring seamless and cost-effective logistics for the team (domestic & international)
  • HR related activities include - team onboarding, team expenses and maintaining team member records
     

ABOUT YOU 

The right candidate will be able to demonstrate the following experiences and competencies: 

  • Degree in Business Administration desirable, not essential
  • Proficient in administrative software/tools such as Microsoft Office and project management software.  Core tools utilised include - google workspace, mircosoft office, xero, jira and slack
  • Experience in using payroll software
  • Well developed time management skills 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities 

The right candidate Part Time 30 hours per week may be considered.
