Yeshivah - Beth Rivkah Colleges is an Independent School based in St Kilda East in Melbourne and is comprised of two Primary and two Secondary Schools, and an Early Learning Centre.

Our College is looking to bring on board a HR Administrator who will work closely with the Head of HR and the Talent Lead to support the 5 Campuses needs. This role will be a 12 month fixed term contract with a view to permanency at full time hours. HR provide all facets of generalist HR services including employee and industrial relations, attraction, recruitment & selection, engagement, and all general employment functions. This role has a key focus on administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing new employee documentation
- Maintaining employee files & all associated administration.
- Support to the Head of HR, coordinating employment engagement activities across the College.
- Administrative support to the Talent Lead including reference checks, interview bookings, candidate management and phone screening candidates.
About You:
- A good understanding of employment legislation would be beneficial.
- The ability to manage all onboarding compliance checks.
- The ability to deliver outcomes quickly and efficiently.
- Be able to confidently investigate, review and problem solve.
- Some exposure to recruitment practices will be advantageous.
- Relevant qualifications or previous work experience.
- Working With Children Check.
