About You
- You have 3+ years’ experience as an Administrator in an accounting firm.
- You are proficient in MYOB/QuickBooks/Xero.
- You have experience using the ASIC and ATO portals.
- You are passionate about joining a positive environment and making an impact on our firm culture.
Key Responsibilities
Financial and Administrative Management:
- Preparation of company disbursements, reconciliations, and general bookkeeping.
- Updating asset registers and preparing financial documents, including invoices and payroll.
- Managing monthly billings, end-of-month reports, and ASIC lodgements.
Client and Stakeholder Interaction:
- Handling client correspondence, monitoring accounts emails, and liaising with debtors, suppliers, ATO, and other stakeholders.
- Meeting and greeting clients, scheduling meetings and maintaining compliant client files.
Corporate Secretarial and Compliance:
- Processing ASIC Annual Company Statements, company updates, and onboarding companies onto CAS360.
- Managing corporate secretarial tasks, including ASIC form lodgements and ensuring regulatory compliance.
General Office Administration:
- Reception duties, general office maintenance, and preparation of correspondence.
- Providing support for partners' personal requirements and handling day-to-day administrative tasks (filing, scanning, document management).
