ABOUT THE ROLE:
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a full time HR Administrator to join our team. Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, you will be an integral part of the team by ensuring our potential candidates are onboarded in a timely manner. Duties will include:
- Act as the first point of contact for all recruitment enquiries.
- Coordinate job postings on various job boards and career pages.
- Screen candidates and schedule interviews.
- Conduct reference checks and arrange pre-employment medicals.
- Draft contracts and coordinate onboarding documents and process.
- Various administrative tasks as required.
ABOUT YOU:
Requirements for this role include:
- 2-3 years of experience in a recruitment or HR administration role.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient at Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word and Outlook
- A strong work ethic, well mannered, punctual and reliable
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
