About the role
- Assist the HR Team with the administrative tasks required for HR project research, checklists, tool drafts, roll-outs and event management as required for new or changed services.
- Facilitate shared E2E Onboarding and Offboarding activities as part of the employee life cycle
- Coordinate all administrative tasks related to casual and blue collar workers requirements in relation to onboarding activities
- Coordinate all operational and administrative staff inductions, new starter packs, online training, HRIS and Oracle setup, and other new role requirements.
- HR Management and Maintenance: Play an integral part in the shared general group adhoc HR admin namely:
- All systems maintenance,
- Assist payroll data feed
- Contracts and back-end HR processing services aligned to client groups.
- Maintain HR team templates, compile a variety of employee letters, communications, maintain data bases, tracking workbooks, organisation charts, recruitment tracking plans etc.
- Assist with inductions, planning, organising, bookings, resources etc.
- Assist with general HR information, policies, procedures, forms, processes, reports, general operational and policy procedure.
- Assist with calendar cyclic service delivery events such as the coordination of training programs, training attendances as part of the annual training calendar, organization chart maintenance, back-end HR processing services.
- Support with HQ and national reporting, HR reporting metrics and other action plan implementations.
- Attend HQ HR global professional development training and development programs, quarterly.
- Business Continuity – assists HR Team in all administration duties and HR IT systems support on a as needed basis.
About you:
- Diploma or certificate in business administration and support or related field with 5-7 years administration experience.
- HR or similar team administration proven experience in similar role in an Australian environment, preferably manufacturing or related field, mixed blue and white-collar environment, FMCG experience, an advantage.
- Ability to build effective relationships with client groups.
- Developed planning, organising and time management skills.
- Developed departmental support skills with accuracy and strong attention to detail.
Language and other skills
- Medium level IT skills, MS Teams suite, HRIS, Oracle HR, eLearning, company intranet, preferrable.
- Accuracy and detailed focused.
- Capacity to prioritize and multi-task ensuring deadlines are met.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a team member.
- Applied problem solving skills.
- A strong customer service delivery focus.
- Ability to be “hands on” and outcomes focused.
