Job description

HR Administrator

We are currently partnered with an organisation that is a leader in its field and prides itself on a culture where their employees are driven and motivated to work towards a common goal. There is a strong emphasis on employee development as well as embracing an open, collaborative and team focussed environment.

Working with a broader HR team, you will be involved in HR Administration from a support capacity on a national level. You will be involved in supporting a variety of different tasks including recruitment coordination, HRIS management, employee contract development and new starter packs. You will also get involved in adhoc administration to support the team and the rest of the business.

What approach are we looking for?

This role will suit someone that is able to really hit the ground running in a high volume and busy environment and is proactive in approach. You will work to tight deadlines and have an extremely high level of attention to detail and work with the broader business to deliver success outcomes.
What experience is required?
In addition to cultural alignment, to be successful in this role you will also have:

  • Ideally tertiary qualified within Human Resources;
  • Strong administration background with a strong focus on HR;
  • Experience in working within a large and complex organisation; and
  • A highly energetic, engaging and pragmatic style.
