This organisation is embarking on a journey to improve performance and you will be a key addition to the HR team. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will take ownership of generalist HR activities in this supportive work environment!
About your role:
- Provide high quality customer service and deliver consistent, accurate HR advice
- Champion a positive and engaged workplace culture, facilitate change and consultation across the organisation
- Provide professional advice and guidance on industrial relations matters, legislation, awards, and certified agreement to ensure compliance and best practice
- Case manage internal and external grievances and complaints
- Support management and employees with complex employment and performance matters
- Provide support in the development of leader workplace relations capability, the management of People and Strategy projects, and workforce data analysis
- Take ownership of end-to-end recruitment process for your portfolio
About you:
- Demonstrated HR experience with an understanding of Australian workplace relations
- Demonstrated experience conducting and supporting workplace investigations and managing workplace grievance processes.
- Sound interpersonal and communication skills coupled with demonstrated ability to build effective stakeholder relationships
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment (ideal but not necessary)
