The Position
Located in the northern suburbs of Melbourne, this full-time position requires your presence on-site five days a week. As an HR Advisor, you will report directly to the HR Manager and contribute across various HR functions.
Key Responsibilities

• Handle payroll related queries and assist with recruitment and visa processes
• Conduct investigations and provide general HR advice to employees
• Work closely with other team members to implement safety initiatives and ensure compliance with regulations
• Assist with developing and deliver training programs when required, including induction and safety training
• Act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing any concerns or issues that arise
• Foster a positive work culture and maintain close relationships with employees on the floor
• Adapt to constant growth and change, demonstrating resilience and flexibility in your approach

Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years' HR experience.
• Familiarity with payroll processes and HR best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Preferred experience in manufacturing or similar industries.
• Passion for fostering a safe and healthy work environment.
• Willingness to embrace new challenges and learning opportunities.
• Ability to work with individuals with disabilities and diverse needs is advantageous.
