This international business has been operating for over 15 years and imports a number of goods within the FMCG market.

POSITION

As a HR Advisor you will assist the Operations Manager with implementing HR projects & initiatives such as OHS, Work Choices, Performance and remuneration reviews.

You will be responsible for the following but not limited to:

• Implement Training & Development programs
• Provide assistance with recruiting staff nationally across a variety of positions
• Partnering and providing practical HR advice to management, employees and other key stakeholders
• Case management of ER and performance management issues
• Employee engagement projects
• Supporting leaders through all aspects of HR business processes
• Perform all required General Administration duties

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
To be considered for this position it is vital that you have the below experience:

• Strong previous generalist HR experience at an Advisor level
• This MUST be within a "blue collar" workforce; Manufacturing, Construction, Mining, Trade, Transport, Warehousing, Industrial etc
• Tertiary qualifications within the HR field
• A good understanding of the Fair Work Act as well as Awards and Enterprise Agreements
• A continuous-improvement mindset
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
