HR Partners is on the lookout for a Payroll Officer in Western Sydney to join our client’s vibrant and forward-thinking People and Culture team! We're seeking an energetic individual who thrives on delivering excellent customer service, ensuring confidentiality and maturity in handling sensitive information, and being the friendly face of our client’s payroll department.
Key Responsibilities of the role:
- Managing 3 weekly payrolls for various locations, processed through ADP
- Providing front-facing customer service with a polite demeanour
- Upholding confidentiality and maturity in handling payroll data
- Collaborating with the P&C team to support on-boarding processes
- Assisting with HR tasks and acquiring new business
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement within payroll operations
- Preparing managers to complete their timesheets and working closely with HR personnel
To be successful you will have:
- Proven experience in payroll administration
- Excellent customer service skills
- The ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with HR processes is advantageous
