Your new company is a Federal Government body located in the Sutherland Shire.
Your new role
As a HR Advisor, you will be working in the HR team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide advice, guidance and solutions on contractor recruitment. This includes the management of the end to end contractor recruitment process.
- Assist drafting job advertisements and interview questions for contractor interviews as required.
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding of contractors and employees.
- Assist the HRBP in the design and implementation of organisational solutions and key operational change programs.
- Support in talent and succession planning and performance appraisal cycles.
- Undertake additional relevant duties from time to time, and during periods of leave of other staff.
What you'll need to succeed
- Relevant experience in a similar role as a HR Advisor for a large organisation
- Excellent communication skills, and ability to establish work relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- You'll need to work from the Sutherland Shire office 3 days a week. The location is not accessible by public transport - parking is provided.
- Candidates must have full working rights
