A genuinely exciting opportunity, this role offers both operational and strategic duties, and will allow the individual to become emerged in all facets of the HR function.
An average day in this role will look like:
- Managing and taking full ownership of employee lifecycle matters, including onboarding/offboarding, disciplinaries, performance management and grievances
- Working collaboratively with senior leadership to understand their business unit requirements and delivering HR and workforce strategies that meet long-term goals
- Managing and coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes and working in collaboration with internal managers to ensure hiring needs are met
- Working with the wider team to improve retention and create stronger employee engagement across the organisation
- Providing effective HR administration support and ensuring that employment-related documentation is being accurately processed
To be considered for an interview for this role, you will have previous experience in a HR position previously and ideally have studied Human Resources in some capacity.
A true team player, we are looking for someone who loves supporting across a range of different tasks and is comfortable in a fast-paced, ever changing work environment.
Although there is a small opportunity to work from home in this position, this role does require strong visibility in the office between 9am – 5pm most days throughout the week.
