About the role
As the HR Advisor, you will be coaching and supporting your client group on all HR related matters. Your client group is made up of a large, unionized, blue and white collar workforce located across multiple sites. Key responsibilities will include:
- Act as the first point of contact for all ER matters.
- Guidance regarding HR policies, enterprise agreements, awards and legislations.
- Supporting recruitment efforts, eg interviewing, writing job descriptions, job evaluations.
- Provide advice and coaching to line managers regarding performance issues and grievances.
- General HR Administrative tasks
- Collaborate with specialist areas on a range of HR projects.
To be successful, you will bring 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience, working in a fast paced, unionized, blue and white collar, multi-site commercial business. Exceptional knowledge of Employee Relations and Industrial Relations is essential in the role, as you will be advising on these matters day to day.
The role is based in North Ryde, with the opportunity to work from home once a week. The salary for this role is approx. $110,000 base + super
