This role is LOCAL KALGOORLIE RESIDENTS ONLY NO FIFO OFFERED.
Role will include but not limited to:
- Leading in the development and implementation of HR principles, policies, practices, and systems in support of the business strategy and organisational objectives
- Oversee and provide advice on performance management matters
- Coordinate and manage recruitment initiatives for the business
- Oversee employee on-boarding and induction registration
- Manage and coordinate payroll activities
Essential Criteria :
- Qualification in Human Resources or related experience in a similar role.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of Fair Work Act and relevant awards.
- NPC within 6 months
- Be able to pass a Pre-Employment Medical & Lab DA urine screen
- Current WA Driver Licence
