Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping positive employee relations, managing work-related challenges, and contributing to the development of innovative HR initiatives. You will be working alongside another Senior HR Advisor, responsible for the following:
- Cultivate strong relationships to enhance positive employee experiences.
- Effectively address and manage workplace concerns, including grievances, performance improvement, conduct, investigations, and disciplinary matters.
- Provide essential HR-related information and documentation for tendering and bidding processes.
- Support the interpretation of Enterprise Agreements and Award entitlements in an evolving workplace relations environment.
- Offer advice and coaching for compliance, consistency, and procedural fairness in various employment matters, including remuneration, redundancy, terminations, benefits, right of entry, and issue resolution.
The ideal person for this Senior HR Advisor role is someone who combines extensive HR expertise, a passion for promoting company values, demonstrating trustworthiness and credibility, while also showcasing strong analytical and organizational capabilities.
- Possess an HR Qualification
- Proven experience in ER and IR (preferably within the construction industry)
- Showcase excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
