Known for fostering a fantastic culture they are seeking a dynamic Site Based Human Resources Advisor to join them as they continue to enhance their footprint in the Western Australian mining sector.
The Opportunity:This 4:3 Site Based position presents as an exciting opportunity to join a mature and progressive mining company in a truly generalist HR position.
As Human Resources Advisor your primary responsibility will be to provide advice and support to the company’s workforce and management team to ensure statutory, legislative and company compliance is met.
In addition, you will lead and drive a positive environment for the workforce and support line managers in performance management, disciplinaries and grievances when required.
Further responsibilities include
Establishing collaborative relationships with functional leaders, through the provision of effective and proactive HR support and advice Providing day to day guidance to line management including performance management, coaching and team succession planning Assist in imbedding and administrating HR policies, procedures and policies Manage employee grievances and dispute resolution cases Assist in the delivery of strategic HR initiatives Provide remuneration advice and recommendations Coordinate annual performance reviews and exit interviews Assist in the preparation of HR reports to improve business management Drive HR, training, and retention initiatives Reviewing and implementing training and development needs Essential Criteria: Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or equivalent experience Good experience as an HRBP or as an Advisor Experience in Mining, Construction or Manufacturin Ability to work in remote locations autonomously WA Manual driver's licence Must be able to pass a medical and drug and alcohol To submit your interest and application please hit 'APPLY' or call Robyn Edwards on 08 6365 5*** for a deeper discussion.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
