Working with a boutique Financial Services firm located in a beautiful office in Melbourne CBD, looking for a part time HR and Talent Coordinator to join on a permanent part time basis. Being part of a small team of 2, this HR and Talent Consultant will report into the Director of HR and be across all HR activities and hiring within the organisation.
The role:
- Assisting the HR Director with all HR related activities including ER/IR
- Developing and working on a new probation process for the business, taking ownership of this area.
- End to end recruitment - there is growth expected in 2024
- Working with Employment Hero and opportunity to develop use of this HRIS past what it is currently utilised for.
- Various adhoc HR tasks
The successful candidate:
- Will have qualifications in Human Resources or similar
- Will come from a HR Coordinator, or HR consultant role - happy to look at someone stepping up from Coordinator / Advisor level
- Have experience running end to end recruitment processes and using tools such a LinkedIn, Recruiter and Seek
- Any HRIS experience - Employment Hero is a bonus!
