We have an exciting and challenging opportunity for a suitably qualified and Human Resource Business Partner to join our Industrial and Energy Business located in Western Australia

Operating across the future energy, power generation, oil and gas and industrial sectors, we work closely with our customers to optimise the reliability, efficiency and whole of life costs of their assets and facilities.
As our Industrial & Energy Business Unit continues to grow, we have a need for an experienced Human Resource Business Partner based in our Perth office.
ABOUT YOU
You will be a qualified tenacious HR professional who thrives under pressure, focussed on achieving results in innovative, dynamic, fast-paced organization, using strong communication, analytical and project management skills.
- A Degree in Human Resource is desirable.
- Demonstrate experience managing all related HR Activities including end to end support to a diverse portfolio of operational business units in a shutdown/project environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to translate HR objectives into day to day operational deliverables.
- Coordination of HR new business deliverables for packages of work including a range of project start-up activities relating to ER/IR, Resourcing and Bids/Tender Inputs.
- Proficiency in providing general HR and IR advice, support, and guidance in utilising your working knowledge of relevant legislation.
- Support managers with the interpretation of, and adherence to, policies and procedures and interpretation of employment legislation
- Review and update policies and subsequent education to leaders on changes
- Support a working environment where people feel engaged, rewarded, and valued.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate and prioritise stakeholder requests.
- Ability to build strong line of business relationships to collaborate, influence and foster teamwork.
