Hr Business Partner

As an HR Business Partner you will be delivering operational HR advice to a specific work group, providing the full range of Human Resources services and activities.

About You:

• 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar HR position.
• Demonstrated experience with HR and other systems and databases.
• Experience in a "blue collar" environment would be advantageous.
• Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or equivalent (desirable)

About the Role:

• Foster working relationships across the business
• Employee relations, remuneration and benefits, WH&S, change management and learning & development
• Apply IR skills to coach managers and manage work performance
• Assist with Worker's Compensation and RTW coordination duties as required
• Interpret employment legislation and industrial awards
