As an HR Business Partner you will be delivering operational HR advice to a specific work group, providing the full range of Human Resources services and activities.

About You:
- 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar HR position.
- Demonstrated experience with HR and other systems and databases.
- Experience in a "blue collar" environment would be advantageous.
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or equivalent (desirable)
- Foster working relationships across the business
- Employee relations, remuneration and benefits, WH&S, change management and learning & development
- Apply IR skills to coach managers and manage work performance
- Assist with Worker's Compensation and RTW coordination duties as required
- Interpret employment legislation and industrial awards
