Working closely with the HR team, you will use your HR and ER acumen to help us grow and develop our Construction and Maintenance teams based in Perth, Brisbane and Tasmania.
Providing day to day support across HR activities and employment lifecycle, you will play a crucial role in employee engagement and retention.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- At least 5+ years experience as a HR Business Partner in a corporate setting
- Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills
- Experience providing strategic HR support and ER advice on a senior level
- Ability to prioritise tasks and problem-solve
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and driven to achieve outcomes
- Ability to act with integrity and professionalism
