Role Overview:
As the HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive HR support and guidance to client’s business units. You will work closely with the HR leadership teams and foster strong relationships with business unit leaders and driving best practice HR.
You will manage the following tasks:
- Advising your business unit leadership team on ER and awards
- Coaching employees and managers through best practice HR
- Manage performance and the review cycle
- Identify training needs and collaborate with the L&D teams
- Partner with the wider HR and COE teams
Experience/Qualifications:
To be successful in this role you will be a strong HR Advisor/Senior HR Advisor looking to step up into a HR Business Partner role and continue to grow your career:
Essential:
- 5+ years of extensive HR Generalist experience
- Proven expertise in HR advisory and ER
- Ability to manage stakeholders and be organised
- Exposure to awards
- Willingness to be guided and operate autonomously too
