THE ROLE
Due to a constantly changing environment and a number of exciting HR projects and initiatives being rolled out, there is a need for a Senior HR Business Partner to join this forward thinking team to on a permanent basis. This is a broad generalist position which reports to the Head of People Partnering. Your responsibilities will include partnering with the Executive Leadership team in the business to deliver on strategic and operational needs. You will be involved in high impact projects including organisational design, talent management, employee engagement and capability uplift. You will also be required to lead on complex ER cases and performance issues.
THE CRITERIA
The successful candidate must be extremely customer focused and will possess excellent stakeholder management skills. You will have a broad generalist toolkit with particular strength in employee relations. You must have the confidence to work closely with senior leaders, as well as the ability to influence and challenge.
