Hays Human Resources has a 12-month fixed term contract available for an experienced HR Business Partner to work for a government client. Salary for this role is flexible depending on experience. The role is based in Sydney CBD.
Your new role
Key tasks include:
Partner with the HR Manager and team to execute, deliver, and implement diverse HR projects and policies.
These initiatives cover topics such as organisational culture, employee well-being, hybrid work arrangements, embedding the Employee Value Proposition, performance management, leadership development, and learning and development.
Lead comprehensive reviews and implementation of HR strategies and policies.
Collaborate with the Senior Manager of Human Resources and line managers to address workplace issues, including complaints, grievances, disciplinary matters, and performance challenges.
Work closely with the Manager HR to design, develop, and deliver our core training programs.
Foster a collaborative environment within the HR team, building capabilities and skills.
- Analyse emerging HR issues, data, statistics, metrics, and trends to inform the development and refinement of strategies and policies.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a strong HR Business Partner with extensive experience as a HR Generalist having the ability to hit the ground running. You will be self-sufficient and have experience working on HR projects and HR policies. Be able to provide coaching and an ability to work in a fast-paced business.
