HR Partners is excited to announce its exclusive collaboration with a renowned construction company. Our client is looking for a HR Business Partner to join their dynamic team. This industry leader is offering a progressive, flexible and fast paced working environment with employees who share drive, passion and ambition.
Key Accountabilities:
- Provide advice on all people, culture and HR related matters
- Demonstrated ability to interpret employment contracts, awards and enterprise agreements and knowledge of relevant legislation
- Assist in the cyclical performance and remuneration review processes
- Work on the roll out of strategic HR plans
- Build strong working relationships with managers and employees based on credibility and open communication.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years Business Partnering experience
- HR Business Partner experience, including the provision of advice and support in the following areas: industrial and employee relations, workforce planning; performance management, health, people/capability development, remuneration and benefits, change management and organisational development.
