Key Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor leaders on HR aspects such as employee relations, policy advice, and processes;
- Lead change initiatives and support leadership development;
- Drive talent acquisition and workforce planning;
- Implement HR policies aligned with NDIS guidelines and legal requirements;
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions; and
- Promote a positive workplace culture and diversity initiatives.
- 3-5 years’ experience working in a HR Business Partner role within a geographically dispersed and unionised workforce;
- Relevant tertiary qualifications;
- Extensive experience in managing workplace investigations;
- Extensive employee/industrial relations experience;
- Knowledge of the SCHADS Award preferred; and
- A collaborative, consultative, coaching-focused approach to Business Partnering.
- 15-month fixed term contract;
- Paying up to $140k + Super + Salary Packaging;
