Salary: $140,000 - $150,000 + Super
In-office role - 5 days per week on-site
Cox Purtell is currently working with a prestigious organisation based in the Eastern Suburbs with a history spanning over 100 years. A dynamic and vibrant workplace with a real community feel, where staff are highly valued and respected.
Our client is looking to hire a professional, motivated and experienced HR Business Partner with prior experience in Industrial Relations, Unionised workforce, Change management and Process implementation. This is a really exciting role, with the opportunity to have significant input into the P&C strategy of the organisation.
The successful candidate would be happy to work in a traditional, values-driven organisation.
Your Area of Responsibilities:
- Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Assist leadership team with strategic planning, workforce planning and succession planning where required.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
- Manage and resolve industrial relations issues
- Manage change and new HR process implementation with a unionised workforce
- Establish valued working partnerships across all operational divisions and a solution-focused mindset.
- Manage the People and Culture Advisor - serving as a coach and mentor to them.
- Demonstrate agility and responsiveness and be comfortable adapting quickly to changing priorities.
Your Profile:
The ideal candidate would have extensive HR experience and have been through transformation projects previously.
- Professional maturity and the ability to lead a team is essential
- A solution-oriented person, with an ability and a desire to identify and bring about significant improvement and streamlining of processes, systems and record keeping.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with an ability to prioritise tasks, meet prescribed deadlines, and concurrently manage a number of competing tasks.
- Excellent management of electronic and hard copy files with logical easy-to-find categorisation
