Job Overview:
Compare Club is seeking a skilled HR Business Partner with a proven track record in developing organizational frameworks and structures. This project-based role will involve collaborating closely with various departments, leadership teams, and executives to design a robust and practical organizational framework and structure as well as detailed position descriptions.
Key Responsibilities[
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to understand current organizational needs and future goals.
- Lead the development of a comprehensive organizational framework and structure that aligns with the company's objectives and culture.
- Work closely with leadership teams and executives to ensure buy-in and alignment with the proposed framework.
- Develop detailed position descriptions for all roles within the company, incorporating input from learning and development and talent acquisition teams.
- Provide guidance and support to the business in implementing the new organizational structure and position descriptions.
- Act as a strategic partner to the business, offering insights and recommendations for optimizing organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Demonstrated experience in developing organizational frameworks and structures, preferably within a fast-paced and growing organization.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices, with expertise in position description development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related field would be highly regarded.
