HR Partners is in search of a dedicated HR Business Partner to join our client, a global, family-owned manufacturing company, delivering world-leading products across over fifty countries. Predominantly based at the organisation's Liverpool site, this role will see you provide high-quality generalist advice to leaders based on an understanding of the operational priorities, business strategy, workforce needs, and desired culture. The role reports to a collaborative and engaging HR Leader who will support you in championing your own portfolio and set you up for long-lasting success. Main responsibilities;Support team leaders in effective recruitment, performance management, team coaching, disciplinaries and investigationsLead implementation of cyclical people management processes (e.g. annual remuneration reviews, performance planning and reviews, onboarding, offboarding, etc.) Partner with the HR Director to identify, design and deliver people strategies to enhance performance, reduce risk and deliver culture improvementsTo be successful in this role you will be comfortable performing operational HR activities in a predominantly blue collar environment. You'll enjoy a largely autonomous role in a hands on, non-hierarchical business. You will have proven experience building effective relationships with stakeholders and hold the ability to influence at all levels.
