About Your Role- This role is responsible for providing support to the People and Culture Team.
- You will be responsible for the overall coordination of everything Human Resources (HR), including answering general queries, recruitment, contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and HR Projects.
Key Responsibilities- Transactional support - updating and maintaining HR documentation, including contracts and employment letters.
- Monitor inboxes and respond to enquiries, referring matters to the appropriate People and Culture member where required.
- Support in the development and maintenance of procedures, and resources.
- Follow up new employees for onboarding compliance of paperwork
- Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assist in maintaining all HR records and files, including employee information
- Assist with regular reporting on various People and Culture metrics
- Provide support on various HR projects.
- At times provide support with recruitment administration including phone screening, booking of interviews and reference checking.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support as required.

Qualifications and Experience (Desirable)
- Tertiary qualifications or be working towards a HR qualification.
- 1+ years of experience as a HR Coordinator and/or Administrator in HR.
- Understanding legislative frameworks that relate to employment, people and safety, or ability to rapidly acquire skill and knowledge.
- General understanding of recruitment processes, or ability to rapidly acquire the skill and knowledge.
- Demonstrated ability in multi-tasking and ability to deliver day to day priorities and project work including excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and responsive in high pressure or difficult situations.
- Experience in handling confidential information.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to form productive working relationships with a wide range of employees.
- Proficient in IT systems including Microsoft Office, SharePoint, ConnX, JobAdder and HR Information Systems, or the ability to become proficient.
