About this opportunity:
This is a great opportunity to develop your HR skills within a Global firm located in Macquarie Park NSW.
You will work very closely with the HR Business Partners to achieve business success, employee engagement and satisfaction to deliver a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- On-boarding co-ordination - ensure that all new employees are set up correctly and assist with pre-onboarding support with Managers..
- Be the HR interface as required to ensure HR support is working efficiently across the business.
- Support Harmonisation across the Pacific.
- Provide assistance where required with system improvements.
- Prepare all employment variation letters as required.
- Provide back-up support to the Talent Acquisition team with the creation of Contracts of Employment.
- Oversee the HR area of the Intranet.
- Maintain the overall Organisation charts
- Assist Managers with terminations
- Support the exit interview process
- Provide regular reports as required.
- Manage the Vendor Master Form approval in Australia and pass through for set-up.
- Participate in various HR projects or initiatives as required.
- Provide general HR support when HRBPs are on leave.
- 12 months experience in similar role or recent graduate with a Degree majoring in Human Resources,
- Understanding of Human Resources support and partnering within a Business environment including the end-to-end life-cycle of the employee – selection to termination,
- Effective proven written and oral communication skills,
- Ability to work autonomously and think outside the square,
- Proven record of building relationships at all levels and able to maintain composure even at difficult times,
- Results focused,
- Resilient and comfortable with change,
- Flexible and adaptable,
- Team player,
- Microsoft suite skills.
