About the role:
Our Gold Coast-based retail client is seeking a skilled HR Coordinator to join their passionate team.The ideal candidate will be passionate about people, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries.
- Administer benefits and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Support payroll processing and coordinate training sessions.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years HR experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HR software experience is a plus.
