Our Opportunity
We have an opportunity for an HR Coordinator to join our team covering a 12 month contract. In this role you will provide administrative support for all existing processes and key project/programs in the HR operations team.
This role will see you deliver a high level of customer service which includes coordination, distribution of key documentation, responding to first level queries, and maintaining data integrity in key employee information platforms. Processing and response times must be in line with appropriate Service Level Agreement.
- Administrative support including drawing up and checking position descriptions
- Assist with all employment lifecycle activities such as contracts, letters, onboarding, transfers and terminations.
- Interact closely with the broader Human Resources team.
- Provide overflow support for other areas of the Human Resources team where required such as training administration or Talent coordination.
- Maintain the HR Intranet pages as per directives from Senior HR Consultants
- Draft employment contracts through the HRIS platform and manage the onboarding of new employees.
- Support the Senior HR Consultants by inputting all new starter details into the Payroll platform as required within set deadlines.
- Process internal transfers, promotions and terminations - draft letters as required and update details.
- Respond to all customer queries within SLA period (24-48 hours), and escalate to Senior HR Consultants, People Connect Manager, Payroll or Human Resource Directors where necessary.
Your point of difference
You will be professionally qualified in Human Resources or business-related degree (either completed or near completion), and have a keen interest in Human Resources. Experience with data and accuracy of information will be beneficial to this role.
You will have strong communication, organisational and customer service skills as you will be building relationships and providing support to employees and stakeholders across the business.
You will have an efficient approach and be able to problem solve, working effectively in a fast past environment.
