Exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Generalist to come on board with a private provider who has a portfolio of Residential Aged Care homes across NSW. You will be joining a fast growing private provider.
The Role
- This is a newly created role joining a team of two - you will assist with various HR and Recruitment related tasks across the portfolio of homes.
- Ability to work with the front line managers on complex issues and able to coach them on day to day issues.
- Looking for someone who is collaborative, can be hands on and specialist interest overseeing ER and IR cases.
- This will be a hybrid role with a mix of sites visits, office meetings and potential to WFH down the track.
- Salary in the region $90,000 - $100,000 + super.
