Position Overview:
The HR Generalist will play a crucial role in supporting Forwood's HR initiatives, with a primary emphasis on recruitment processes. Reporting to the HR Manager (Australia), the successful candidate will oversee Australian and international recruitment and contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future positions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Assist in HR reporting and analytics.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or certificate in Human Resources or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR with a strong focus on recruitment.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative.
- Highly curious and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced and unstructured environment.
- Proven ability to maintain high productivity levels while managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
