We are looking to complement our team with a HR Manager.
The Human Resources Manager (HR Manager) will develop, implement, manage and review the Human Resource function of the organisation in order to position the business for planned and sustained growth with cost minimisation and profit growth as priorities. With a heavy focus on culture and employee performance.
Primary functions include:
Recruitment.
Employee Engagement
Performance management and development.
Training, Policy development & implementation.
As the HR Manager you will be a key member of the company's leadership structure, reporting directly to the Group Operations Executive.
