About the position:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team and lead the strategic management of Human Resources across our diverse portfolio of businesses. The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping HR strategies, fostering a positive workplace culture, and driving employee engagement initiatives to support the company's growth and success. A key immediate need is to source and onboard team members across professional and support roles for our pharmacies and other business lines.

- develop and implement Human Resources strategies and initiatives aligned with our Group Strategy;
- lead the recruitment and selection process for diverse roles within pharmacies, aged care facilities, and medical centres;
- oversee HR / People and Culture activities across the Employee life-cycle;
- develop, maintain and review HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards;
- provide coaching, guidance and support to our leaders and our people in relation to HR-related matters, including onboarding, career development, learning, and talent management;
- drive diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives to create a supportive and inclusive work environment;
- Collaborate with senior leaders to identify and address organisational development needs and priorities;
- Manage remuneration and reward processes, including salary benchmarking, incentive schemes, and employee wellbeing initiatives;
- monitor and analyse HR metrics to drive continuous improvement and inform strategic decision-making;
- maintain awareness of industry trends and best practices, and provide recommendations for enhancing HR processes and practices to senior management.
Qualifications and Experience:
It is envisaged the successful candidate’s experience and qualifications would include:
- a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- proven experience in a significant HR management role, preferably within the healthcare / pharmacy industry.
- deep understanding of Australian employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- demonstrated leadership and people management capabilities, with a focus on fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
- strong HR and Industry networks / connections.
